Maddi Miller is a self-made millionaire who has created the life of her dreams at the age of 20.
She owns several properties and brings in an impressive $70,000 per month thanks to her thriving career as an adult content creator.
But despite her apparent success, the Australian woman says her controversial career has affected her dating life and she is yet to find a lasting romantic connection.
It all went downhill when Miller started selling explicit content on a popular subscription site at the age of 18.
Soon after, she noticed that her boyfriend started treating her differently.
She noted that at the beginning of their relationship, he was making more money than her and regularly took her out on dates. But once her wild career took off, the roles quickly reversed, causing their relationship to eventually fall apart.
“He started looking at me as competition,” Miller told news.com.au.
However, the star, who creates exclusive X-rated content with her boyfriend Ford Falcon, said she is proud of the financial stability she has been able to create for herself and will not make herself any smaller for the comfort of a male.
Since the age of 14, she has worked various jobs including as a tattoo artist, administrator at a golf club and intern.
“I always knew I wanted to make more money than my parents and have the luxury that I saw some of my friends growing up with, so I worked hard from the moment I could,” she said.
“This career gave me the opportunity to take my finances to the next level and secure my future as well.”
Since breaking up with her ex, Miller has noticed similar insecurities in other men, who struggle to accept that she earns more than them.
“I feel like it hurts their ego. They still have this expectation that, as the man, they have to hold the financial power in a relationship. I definitely threaten their sense of masculinity in that way,” she said.
These negative dating experiences, coupled with the already limited pool of dates Miller has due to living in a small town in Western Australia, have left her disillusioned with her romantic prospects.
“It’s always been ironic to me that I’ve never had more men fawning over me online than I do now and yet in real life, I have less than ever before,” Miller said. who has been single for about a year.
“But I’d rather be single than with a man who doesn’t support my career,” she added.
In the midst of her “nonexistent” dating life, she’s still determined to continue expanding her career and hopes to one day find a man who isn’t intimidated by her success and maybe even matches it.
“My dream would be to meet a guy who is also successful in his career and someone I can build an empire with,” she said.
“People tend to look at me, my style, my tattoos and what I do for work and make assumptions about my values. They’re almost never right, I’m a complete romantic
